I love Bath house products ever since sampling them at the Sun Inn hotel at Kirkby Lonsdale a few months ago.I was so happy to find that York also has a shop too so I have purchased some things from there this weekend.The shop assistant was lovely and very helpful with finding the right scents for me.Quality packaging and samples all popped in a nice little bag, also sprayed with a gorgeous scent.Perfect!I'll be back soon for more!

Purchased some of my favourite bath soak at the weekend and was very disappointed, the smell is not as strong and the bottle is so boring, just a brown glass bottle with a very boring sticker on you would think it’s just a cheap bottle of bubble bath, won’t be buying again.

I love Bath House products but my recent experience of shopping online was very disappointing. I ordered a refill of hand wash and when it arrived it had leaked in the packaging, meaning that we lost a significant amount of product, and it was incredibly messy and time-consuming to clean up. I notified Bath House by email, and despite sending a follow up message they have not acknowledged either communication. Great products but very poor customer service.

I bought my wife a present from this shop it was a solid metal looking tube containing scent.. I thought it would be good for overnight bags etc. But my wife told me that after just three or four "sprays" it was empty. She loved the scent but thought it incredibly mean at £36 it contained so little...The girl in the shop however was delightful and helpful.. I suspect the "tube" sold to me had been used as a tester...

A wonderful shopping experience at your Kirkby Lonsdale store.
The lady who served us had excellent product knowledge and was a credit to your business.
She took time to ensure we purchased the correct products and we experienced the numerous ranges you manufacture.
We have purchased online previously however this was our first visit to a store and it was wonderful.
